Artwork Submission Guidelines

To ensure your branding and designs look exceptional on our promotional products, Promo Source Direct has established the following artwork standards. Please review and prepare your files accordingly for a smooth, high-quality outcome.

1. File Format Requirements

• Preferred Formats: Vector files (e.g., .AI, .EPS, or editable .PDF). These can be scaled to any size without loss of quality.

• Acceptable Formats: High-resolution .PNG or .JPEG files (minimum 300 DPI at the final print size). Use of these formats may require additional processing and could incur fees.

2. Resolution & Print Quality

• All image files must be a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the actual print dimensions.

• Files sourced from the web, screenshots, or low-resolution images are unsuitable for printing and will result in poor-quality output.

3. Color Specifications

• For critical color accuracy, please provide Pantone (PMS) color codes.

• If PMS codes are not supplied, colors will be matched as closely as possible using standard CMYK printing processes.

4. Fonts & Text

• All text must be converted to outlines/curves/paths to prevent font substitution or layout issues.

• If fonts are not outlined, you must supply the corresponding font files with your submission.

5. Proofing & Approval Process

• A digital proof will be provided for your review prior to production.

• Production will only begin after we receive your written approval of the proof.

6. Design Support Services

• Don't have the right file? Our design team can help recreate or optimize your artwork.

• We offer paid art service, and complimentary design assistance is available with qualifying orders.

7. Copyright & Liability

• By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the rights or have obtained permission to use all design elements.

• Promo Source Direct is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from client-submitted designs.
